Exhaust Fans
The left side of the ARK5000 Pro is equipped with 16 UL-certified high-speed negative-pressure fans, delivering a total airflow of up to 420,000 CFM to expel the hot air generated by the operation of mining machines.


Water Curtain
Fans draw in cold air cooled by the water curtain to cool the machines; at the same time, this setup prevents most dust from entering the container, maintaining a clean environment for the mining equipment.

Insulation Cotton
Insulation cotton can further reduce the temperature of the mining container's top under direct sunlight, effectively preventing the phenomenon of excessive temperature in the machines located at the top.

Full Container Coating
The entire container is fully sprayed with a reflective coating, including primer, surfacer, and topcoat. This coating system can achieve a temperature difference of up to 20°C on the container’s vertical surfaces, with remarkably effective corrosion resistance, rust prevention, and heat insulation.

Compliant with North American Electrical Standards
Adopting a new switchgear and enclosure design, it meets the requirements of NEC 2020 within a limited space.
This mining container is equipped with a 2500A distribution panel (featuring LSIG quadruple protection and supporting remote differential tripping), 35 molded case circuit breakers of 80A (100A optional) for controlling each PDU, and 12 PDU outlets—each equipped with an additional 20A switch. For S19/S21 models, the current is approximately 16A. It is fully compliant with NEC 2020 regulations and maintenance standards, and has a high interrupting capacity of up to 100kA.
In our design, to disconnect the entire mining container, operators must move to the exterior and perform the operation there—this ensures absolute personnel safety.
Every electrical component and part has obtained UL, ANSI, CSA, and CE certifications, and the entire mining container has passed CSA certification.



The distribution cabinet adopts a three-row layout, and the molded case circuit breakers that control the PDUs can be operated inside the cabinet. However, when operating the 2500A main switch, the operator must exit the mining container and perform the operation outside the container—this is both safe and compliant with daily management procedures. In addition, a transformer cable interface is reserved, which makes cable connection more convenient and reduces the need for external cables.

The entire container has obtained full CSA certification.

It is equipped with emergency lighting supporting multi-angle adjustment, as well as a monitoring system, infrared cameras, and intrusion alarms.
It comes with 20 units of 100M switches and 330-core UTP cables, which can be fixed at the machine positions without interfering with wiring. Mining machine power cables are available as an optional accessory, enabling true plug-and-play functionality.

Gable-Roof Canopy
It provides enhanced shelter from sunlight, rain, and snow, can withstand storms, extends the service life of the water curtain, and prevents direct sunlight exposure. The materials used include high-quality light steel, galvanized square tubes, and rust-resistant iron.

In countries with cold winters, adjustable louvers can replace wet curtains during the winter season. This effectively increases the internal temperature of the container, preventing difficulties in starting the machines caused by low temperatures inside.
A pull-out metal dust filter can be added to the louver or wet curtain side, which effectively prevents dust and insects from entering the mining container.


The interior uses flame-retardant polyurethane foam, which offers high breathability while boasting excellent water resistance. It acts as a water curtain that traps water droplets, protecting the PDUs and mining machines.

It adopts an integrated design, with the air inlet side of the water curtain widened—no additional manual labor is required. The water curtain and its distance can be extended by 4 meters in just three steps. There is no need to worry about circuit boards being damaged by water droplets or moisture.
